What causes the most fear? When I ask this question in my workshops or lectures, a majority of people will home in on an answer based on their own personal experience. But, inevitably, all the answers are rooted in the same thing: uncertainty.
Uncertainty and fear of the unknown drive many people to depression, addiction, and other self-sabotaging and abusive patterns. 
We cling to familiarity as a safety net. Change can feel life-threatening, simply because we don’t know what to expect. Moving forward into the unknown is extremely unnerving, but all transformation requires that we accept uncertainty and embrace the unknown. On the other side of these changes are a new, possibly better version of happiness and security. Learning to see change as an opportunity will help us in the long run.

How to Remove the Three Key Blocks to Prosperity

There are three key blocks that keep you from having the level of prosperity that you desire. Prosperity is much more than money. It is about having a full and rich life in all areas of the Wheel of Life. To have a full and rich life all areas of life need to feel fulfilled. It is about balance and knowing that you deserve to have it all.

So to get a full and rich life is really pretty simple. Your ability to create a truly abundant life is depended upon how you think, feel and believe at a subconscious level most of the time. Those three factors create the vibration that you broadcast into the world which attracts your experiences.

To create what you want:
Think about what you want
1. Frequently
2. With feeling state intensity
3. Remove all blocks that stand in the way
4. Create inspired action

Until you get rid of the blocks deeply held at a subconscious level, you will not succeed. So the three key blocks are:
What you believe: Your belief system. This creates a glass ceiling over your life. Many of us have spent a lot of time money and energy on personal growth, but still have not achieved the level of Prosperity desired…why is that so? It is because it is not the conscious beliefs..it is the subconscious beliefs. Your mind is about 15% conscious and 85% subconscious. When you conscious and your subconscious disagree the subconscious always wins. The fasted and most effective way to change your belief system is to use mindful states such as meditation and hypnosis. Blocks need to be cleared on a subconscious level and the Belief System needs to be reprogrammed. I have a great handout called MEDITATION MADE EASY. How you think: what your self talk sounds like. Many of us have negative thought patterns and those patterns block prosperity. If you hear negative thoughts you can bet that there many more in the subconscious. Changing your self talk takes focus while you retrain your mind to be more positive.
To change your self talk you must become aware of it. If you hear voices in your head it does not mean you are crazy, it means you are self aware. Once you are aware, you can begin to consciously change your inner dialogue.
A good exercise is to take the time to list all the negative things you say to yourself. Then write a positive affirmation for each negative thought. When the old thoughts come up, stop them and repeat the positive affirmation. Learn self hypnosis and say your affirmation in a hypnosis state for even greater effect.
How You Feel:Your feelings have a profound effect on your vibration and determines what you attract into your life. When I talk about your feelings I mean 2 things. First there are the feelings that are generated by your current life, your reactions to situations and to your own self talk. But even more important are the feelings that are being carried from events from the past.
Eckart Tolle calls this the pain body. Whatever we called it, many people are carrying around a lot of unhappiness from the past. In hypnosis we say..the issues are in the tissues..the subconscious mind is literally the cells of the body. The cells store old emotions that need to be released and cleared.

So remember to get a Prosperous Life is really pretty simple. Your ability to create a truly abundant life is depended upon how you think, feel and believe at a subconscious level most of the time. Self Compassion is different than Self Esteem:

By now, most of us know that taking good care of ourselves involves eating whole, unprocessed foods, maintaining an awesome exercise routine, staying hydrated, meditating and doing whatever other self-care rituals feel good to each of us on a regular basis.
